We do not serve targeted advertising inside the Game.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details through the Game.

Some technical data may still be considered personal data under privacy laws because it can relate to a specific device, app installation, subscription record, or user journey.

2. Information We Collect

Subscription and Purchase Data

When you purchase, renew, cancel, or restore a subscription, we use RevenueCat to help manage subscription access.

RevenueCat may process information such as:

  • purchase receipts;
  • subscription status;
  • purchase history;

  • renewal and cancellation status;
  • randomly generated app user identifiers;
  • platform information, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

We use this information to:

  • verify your subscription access;
  • unlock paid features;
  • restore purchases across devices where supported;
  • manage renewals and entitlement status;
  • troubleshoot subscription issues.

Your payment card details, billing address, and payment credentials are processed by Apple or Google. We do not see or store your full payment details.

Analytics Data

  • approximate country or region;
  • language settings;
  • app-instance or installation identifiers.

This data is generally pseudonymous. It does not include your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details. However, it may still be considered personal data under some privacy laws because it can relate to a specific app installation or device.

We use analytics to understand what is working, what is confusing, and where the Game can be improved.

We use this information only to maintain app stability, investigate bugs, and improve the Game.

Attribution and Deferred Deep Linking Data

We use AppsFlyer to provide deep linking, deferred deep linking, install attribution, campaign measurement, and fraud prevention.

This helps us understand which links, campaigns, referral sources, or marketing activity led users to install or open the Game. It may also allow users to be directed to the correct in-app screen after installation.

Depending on your device, platform, settings, consent choices, and our configuration, AppsFlyer may process technical information such as:

  • app install information;
  • app open events;
  • campaign or referral link information;
  • device model;
  • operating system;
  • country or region;
  • IP address;
  • app version;
  • AppsFlyer identifiers;
  • device or advertising identifiers where permitted;
  • in-app events that we choose to send, such as subscription or activation events.

We use AppsFlyer for attribution, deep linking, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, and understanding the effectiveness of our own marketing.

We do not use AppsFlyer to serve targeted advertising inside the Game.

Where required, we will request your consent before accessing identifiers used for tracking, such as the iOS advertising identifier. Where required by law or platform policy, we may disable or restrict advertising identifiers, attribution tracking, partner sharing, or analytics for children or users whose age is unknown.

If you contact us by email or through our website, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • your email address;
  • your name, if you provide it;
  • your message;
  • details needed to respond to support requests.

We use this information only to respond to you, provide support, investigate issues, and keep appropriate business records.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyse website traffic, and improve performance. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through our website banner or your browser settings.

Through the Game, we do not intentionally collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • your precise GPS location;
  • your contacts;

  • your microphone recordings;
  • your camera images;
  • your full payment card details;
  • sensitive personal information such as health, religion, political opinions, or biometric data.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your data to serve targeted advertising inside the Game.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to provide and operate the Game;
  • to confirm subscription access;
  • to restore purchases;
  • to manage subscription entitlements;
  • to analyse app usage and improve features;
  • to detect and fix crashes and bugs;
  • to provide deep linking and deferred deep linking;
  • to measure installs, campaigns, and referral sources;
  • to prevent fraud and misuse;
  • to respond to support requests;
  • to comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

For users in the UK, European Economic Area, and other regions with similar privacy laws, we rely on the following legal bases:

Performance of a Contract

We process subscription and purchase data because it is necessary to provide paid access, manage subscription status, and restore purchases.

Legitimate Interests

We process analytics, diagnostics, crash data, attribution data, and technical data where necessary for our legitimate interests in improving the Game, fixing bugs, preventing fraud, measuring performance, and operating our business.

We only rely on legitimate interests where we believe our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

Consent

Where required by law or platform rules, we rely on your consent for certain tracking, advertising identifiers, analytics, attribution, or non-essential cookies.

Legal Obligations

We may process limited information where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, or regulatory requirements.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted service providers to operate the Game. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and contractual terms.

We do not allow these providers to use your data for purposes beyond providing their services to us, except where they act as independent controllers under their own terms, such as Apple or Google for payment processing and app store services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your data with advertising networks to serve targeted ads inside the Game.

If we use AppsFlyer with marketing partners in the future, we will configure data sharing in line with applicable law, platform rules, consent choices, and age-appropriate protections.

7. Tracking, Device Identifiers, and Advertising Identifiers

The Game and our service providers may use technical identifiers to operate subscriptions, analytics, diagnostics, deep linking, attribution, and fraud prevention.

These identifiers may include:

  • app-instance identifiers;
  • Firebase installation identifiers;
  • RevenueCat app user identifiers;
  • AppsFlyer identifiers;
  • device information;
  • advertising identifiers, where permitted;
  • platform-provided identifiers, where permitted.

We do not use these identifiers to serve targeted advertising inside the Game.

Where required by your device, platform, or applicable law, we will request permission before accessing identifiers used for tracking, such as the iOS advertising identifier.

You may be able to limit tracking or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads

Please note that changing these settings may not disable all analytics, subscription, crash reporting, or app functionality data, but it may limit certain tracking and advertising identifier uses.

8. Children and Age-Appropriate Use

The Game is intended for general audiences and may be suitable for families and younger players. It is not designed to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, contacts, or other direct contact information from children.

Because the Game may be accessed by younger users, we take additional care with analytics, attribution, device identifiers, and subscription-related processing.

Where required by law or platform policy, we may use a neutral age screen or apply higher privacy protections by default.

If a user is identified as a child, or if we cannot determine the user’s age where child-protection rules require us to do so, we may disable or limit:

  • analytics collection;
  • attribution tracking;
  • advertising identifier collection;
  • AppsFlyer partner sharing;
  • personalised marketing measurement;
  • non-essential SDK events;
  • other processing that is not appropriate for child users.

Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information to us can contact us at:

support@phantompixel.co.uk

We will review the request and delete or restrict the relevant data where required by law and technically possible.

The age at which a child can consent to data processing varies by country. For example, some laws apply special rules to children under 13, while others apply higher age thresholds. We aim to apply age-appropriate protections based on the user’s location, platform requirements, and applicable law.

9. International Users and Data Transfers

The Game may be available worldwide. Our company is based in the United Kingdom, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, Israel, and other locations where they operate.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other recognised transfer mechanisms.

By using the Game, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.

10. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Analytics and crash data may be retained by Firebase for a limited period based on our configuration and Google’s retention settings.

Subscription and purchase data may be retained for as long as needed to:

  • provide subscription access;
  • restore purchases;
  • manage disputes;
  • prevent fraud;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform requirements.

Attribution and deep linking data may be retained by AppsFlyer according to our configuration, AppsFlyer’s retention settings, and applicable legal requirements.

Support emails may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain appropriate business records.

Where data is no longer needed, it will be deleted, anonymised, or retained only where required for legal or legitimate business reasons.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data.

These may include the right to:

  • request access to your data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to certain processing;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • request a copy of your data;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us at:

support@phantompixel.co.uk

We may need information from you to identify the relevant app installation, subscription, or support record. Because the Game does not require a user account, we may ask for technical information such as your RevenueCat app user ID, AppsFlyer ID, Firebase installation ID, platform order number, or other information needed to locate the relevant records.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

12. UK and EU Users

If you are in the UK, European Union, or European Economic Area, you have rights under data protection laws such as the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are in the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at:

www.ico.org.uk

13. US Users

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising inside the Game.

Depending on your US state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us at:

support@phantompixel.co.uk

14. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased the subscription.

To manage, cancel, or request support for your subscription, use your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Deleting or uninstalling the Game does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.

15. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through the Game.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported. We also rely on the security measures of our service providers, including RevenueCat, Google Firebase, AppsFlyer, Apple, and Google.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where required, we may also provide additional notice or request consent.

Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
